Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using a specialized application. You can save your home's maps, set up cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate through rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles prevents it from running over furniture, wires or other toys. These are must-have features in my house, filled with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even raise its mop pads or brushes so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It can also avoid obstacles by finding pets, plants, and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its position, which prevents it from becoming stuck on objects.

The mopping function is impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in deep cleaning. It also has mop lifter that will lift the pad automatically when it is able to switch between tile, laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

In addition in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be used for rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means you can set it and forget it, and only need to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its normal mop and vac settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and then return to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a complete and robust product, with the only downside being the fact that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you are able to justify the price, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The high price is justified by its robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop heads. It also comes with a smart, app-enabled controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well across the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of the debris on any type of floor and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops were also great, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank to enable mopping and dry the mop pads for you. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mops I tested. The mops in the L10S Ultra are not as effective at removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra’s high-end features, it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station has to be cleaned, and the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads sold separately also need to be changed periodically.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end cost and robust features I would recommend it to anyone who has the funds for it. If you're on a budget I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best mop and robotic vacuum you can buy, its high purchase cost and maintenance costs will eventually make it more of a desire than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that can pick up dirt and dust on your floors while cleaning up wet mess then you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combo is a mighty suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. It is also equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It even comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it goes this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-cleaning to clean the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of fresh, ozonated filtered water from the dock. While it spins, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements before being then pumped into a larger storage canister. The tank that is onboard holds plenty of water, and can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

As with most robot vacuums and mop combinations like the S1 Pro is ready to come out from the box. The S1 Pro does need to be filled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to select their own choice of cleaning solutions.

Like most robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was fast to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple times on longer pile carpets and rugs during my testing however this can be fixed when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, but it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of a space before it needs to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of removing dirt and pet hair on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and take care to clean everything that is that is mapped by the device or you can select individual rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've crafted. There are a number of mopping options which include SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the mops' sensors to determine the most efficient way to tidy your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, like the other Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system is solid it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat manner. Its 'Normal" pathing settings cover a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas.  automated vacuum cleaner  is also quite effective however it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as thick carpets but may not be able recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

The most obvious flaw with this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option, which could be a problem for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's an easy solution: the app has an option that lets you "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. The vacuum's mopping functions to remove the last traces and dust that were left behind after vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its competitors with lower prices.
